Gut health is increasingly topical as we realise that it impacts all aspects of our physical and mental wellbeing. Our gut microbiota is intricately connected to this and directly influences digestion, inflammation, mood, and aging.

With so much noise out there many people are uncertain what good gut health looks like and needs to be done to improve gut health.

In this completely hands-on, integrated 5-night course we answer all of these questions and more.

The program is tailor-made and very practical. It includes a full daily program focused on gut health, useful workshops plus a full fermented food starter pack for yogurt, kefir, kombucha, sauerkraut, sourdough bread and more.

Talks during the 5-day workshop:

  • Sunday afternoon – Intermittent fasting and its benefit to gut health.

  • Sunday evening – Introduction to our microbiota and the link to physical and mental health.

  • Monday afternoon – Supplements and the dangers they hold for our gut microbiota and digestive health.

  • Monday evening – The culture of fermentation – history and diverse cultural practices

  • Tuesday afternoon – Hydration and exercise and how it affects digestive health.

  • Tuesday evening – Q&A with Dr Andre.

  • Wednesday afternoon – Cooking demonstration with Abraham.

  • Wednesday evening – Nutrition talk with Abraham.

  • Thursday afternoon – Dopamine and Serotonin: The gut microbiota link.

  • Thursday evening – Obesity, GLP1 receptors, and the role of our gut microbiota in satiety.

  • Friday afternoon – Mindful Eating

Space is limited to 8 people per course, please book early. Groups of 6 or more may also apply for alternative dates.
