Spinach and Lentil Soup

1 Onion
2 Leeks
2 cloves garlic
1 cup of lentils (cooked and rinsed)
3 Cups of Spinach
1 potato
Vegetable stock

Fry onions, leeks and garlic until the onion is translucent
Add all the other ingredients cover with water and cook until the potato is cooked
Liquidize and enjoy
