Pepperdew Mushrooms

Serves 5

12 Medium-Large Brown Mushrooms
375ml Chopped Pepperdews
250ml Feta
250 ml Edam Cheese
Finely chopped Spring onion

Preheat the Oven to 200°C

Place mushrooms on a Baking tray
Sprinkle pepperdews, feta and edam cheese onto the mushrooms
Use Vegetable stock to taste
Bake for 30 min
Serve hot
