35g/1 small onion (chopped finely)
125g punnet Mushrooms (cleaned & sliced)
100g/2 medium Tomatoes (Diced)
50ml Olive oil
15ml Curry Powder
10ml Soy sauce
30ml Honey
15ml Lemon Juice
1 tsp Vegetable stock
Salt + Pepper to taste
Mix ingredients and add vinegarette
