with Yogurt and Fresh Dill
½ large Cucumber (Diced into small pieces)
1 small red onion (Finely diced)
4 avocado (Cut into small cubes)
¼ cup Yoghurt
1 small bunch of dill (Finely chopped)
Black pepper and vegetable salt to taste
Mix the cucumber onion and avocado with the yoghurt until al the ingredients are combined
Stir in the dill
Season to taste
