Ingredients:
2 Large Grated Granny Smith Apples* – Grated
3 tbsp Bran
¼ cup Live Culture Greek Yogurt
3 Stewed Prunes
1 tbsp Honey
Place the grated Apple in a glass dessert bowl. Sprinkle 2 tbsp bran over the apple and cover with yogurt.
Place the prunes on top of the yoghurt, sprinkle over the rest of the bran and drizzle with honey.
Apples are an ideal snack, as they are low in calories and low on the glycaemic index (GI).
* Substitute the Apples for ½ medium pineapple
