Chocolate Date Balls

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup almonds or cashews
  • ½ cup dates – pitted
  • ⅓ cup raw cacao
  • 1 Tbsp coconut milk

Method

  1. Place the almonds or cashews in a blender and blitz until fine.
  2. Add the dates, cacao, and coconut milk. Blend until you reach a smooth, dough-like consistency that is not too sticky. Add more coconut milk if needed.
  3. Roll into balls and place in the refrigerator to chill before serving.
