Spicy Mushroom soup


1 potato
1 punnet button mushrooms
1 punnet brown mushrooms
2 sticks of celery
1 onion
2 leeks
mixed herbs
1 clove garlic
chili to taste
vegetable stock

  • Fry onions, leeks, celery and garlic in a bit of olive oil until the onion is translucent
  • Add mushrooms, chili and vegetable stock and fry for 1 minute
  • Add potato and cover with water and boil until potato is soft
  • Liquidize and serve
