Spinach and Lentil soup

 

1 Onion
2 Leeks
2 cloves garlic
1 cup of lentils (cooked and rinsed)
3 Cups of Spinach
1 potato
Vegetable stock

  • Fry onions, leeks and garlic until the onion is translucent
  • Add all the other ingredients cover with water and cook until the potato is cooked
  • Liquidize and enjoy
