Pasta Salad

(serves 5)

1 cup  Pasta (small shapes/screws)
1 small Onion - Diced
¼ Pineapple (peeled and cubed)
2 ripe Tomatoes (chopped)
½ each Red, Yellow and Green Sweet Peppers (finely diced)
2 Boiled Eggs (shelled and chopped)
1 tbsp Olive oil
Hoogland chilli salt
Black pepper

  • Cook the pasta until aldente – refresh with cold water and toss with olive oil
  • Mix the rest of the ingredients with the pasta until well combined.
  • Season to taste.

Serve 100g portions
