Pepperdew Mushrooms
Serves 5
12 Medium-Large Brown Mushrooms
375ml Chopped Pepperdews
250ml Feta
250 ml Edam Cheese
Finely chopped Spring onion
Preheat the Oven to 200°C
- Place mushrooms on a Baking tray
- Sprinkle pepperdews, feta and edam cheese onto the mushrooms
- Use Vegetable stock to taste
- Bake for 30 min
- Serve hot
