Fruit & Nut Muesli

RECIPE 1

1kg Tiger Oats

250ml Jungle Oats

250g Soft Dried Apricots (finely chopped)

250g Raisins

150g Dried Peaches (finely chopped)

200g Sunflower seeds

250g Cashew Nuts (chopped)

Mix all ingredients, separating any clumps of dried fruit.

Serve 100g portions

150g Dried Figs (finely chopped)

200g Sunflower Seeds

200g Cashew nuts

Mix all ingredients, separating any clumps of dried fruit.
