Hoogland is set in the heart of a large private game reserve, close to both Pretoria and Johannesburg. We are less than an hour's driver from both cities but being in a conservancy and nature reserve, there several gravel roads and many GPS databases do not have accurate information on the area.

We recommend that you do not use a GPS as your only guide to Hoogland.

The shortest and most convenient road to Hoogland is not in most GPS databases, and the GPS might send you on a huge "scenic" round trip. For GPS use, we recommend that you put in the town "Erasmia" or "Grey Street, Erasmia" and follow our signboards from there. 

Complimentary Daily Shuttle Service

One of the most convenient ways to visit Hoogland is to make use of our daily complimentary shuttle service to the Centurion Gautrain Station Please just let reservations know if you would like to make use of this service. The shuttle leaves the Centurion Gautrain station around 13:30 daily

Alternatively transport directly from your home, hotel or OR Tambo airport can be arranged at a reasonable fee through an independent transport company.
